Ingredientes

If you were drooling over one of my last videoes, and can’t make it to Paris just yet, let’s bring Paris to you! This chocolate mousse is the perfect “guest” dessert or if you are having a datenight and want to impress someone special ✨ And the best part? It’s a no-bake dessert and comes together within 10 minutes!

5 eggs (divide the egg yolks and egg whites) or used pasturized!

30-50 g sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)

150 to 200 g high quality chocolate (50-70%) depending on how thick you like the mousse - the more chocolate the thicker the concistancy. I used about 175 g

125 g butter

Instruções

Melt butter completely in a saucepan and add the chocolate. Let it melt on low heat so it doesn’t burn!

Meanwhile, seperate the eggs, and add them to two seperate bowls with 25-50 grams of sugar in each bowl. Depending on how sweet you would like your mousse to be. With an electric mixer, start by whisking the egg whites until you have stiff peaks, adding sugar gradually to the bowl. Whisk up the egg yolks in the other bowl with sugar aswell. (Around 3-4 minutes each)

Fold the whipped egg yolks into the whites (bearly mixed together) and add the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the mixture.

When the mixture is completely homogenius, keep it in the bowl or add it to a prefered serving dish.

Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours and best over night!!
