80g Golden Syrup

48g Baking Soda
Instruções
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large pan, and boil until the temperature reaches 144 degrees celsius.
Whisk in the Bicarbonate of soda until slightly thickened, aerated and lighter in colour.
Quickly pour into a high sided, greased container and leave to cool at room temperature until completely solid.
