750g carrots
50g butter
2 tbsp honey
Vegetable stock, to cover
Fresh parsley, chopped, to serve
Instruções
1 Place the carrots in a saucepan and add the butter and honey. Pour over the stock, then bring to the boil over a high heat.
2 Turn the heat to medium and simmer until the carrots are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle liberally with chopped parsley to serve.
Notas
Top Tip: Save the stock after the carrots are cooked — It's perfect to top up your turkey gravy or for using In ang SOUP.
