Thai Lettuce Bowls

1 lb ground turkey
1-2 cups (dry) jasmine or basmati rice
1 whole red cabbage, shredded
2-3 whole carrots, shredded
1-2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
2-4 garlic cloves
Soy sauce
2-3 tbs Honey
sriracha
1-2 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup chives, sliced
slivered almonds
Instruções
cook 1-2 cups rice
brown ground turkey in skilled with olive oil, crushed garlic, and 1 tsp sriracha. Season to taste with salt
in small bowl, whisk together about 2 tbs honey (can also use hoisin sauce instead), 1-2 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp sriracha, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp ground ginger
add sauce into skillet with turkey and let simmer for 5 minutes
add rice and turkey to bowl
top with shredded carrots, cabbage, lettuce, slivered almonds, chives
Can top with soy sauce, sriracha, and/or green dragon sauce from TJ’s
