Pineapple Chutney

1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c honey
1/2 c white wine vinegar
2 1/2 c chopped pineapple
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground giner
1/2 tsp salt
1 c mango - optional
1/2 c golden raisins
Instruções
Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook til boiling, stirring often. Then simmer 20-30 minutes. Cool.
Store up to 4 days or freeze.
