Honey Bun Cake Jane Marcrom

Ingredientes

1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix

4 eggs

3/4 C vegetable oil

1/2 C sugar

8 oz sour cream

3/4 C brown sugar

3 tsp cinnamon

2 C powdered sugar

4T milk

1 tsp vanilla

Instruções

Mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, sugar and sour cream for 2-3 minutes with a mixer. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Alternate cake mix with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 275 degrees for 60 minutes.

Mix the powdered sugar with milk and vanilla. Pour and spread over warm cake.

Notas

I added 4 T vanilla pudding mix and 3 T flour.

Recipe says to bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. When I tried that it was like soup in the middle. Baking at 325 for 45 minutes works well.
