Ingredientes

700g beef mince Salt and black pepper 1/z tbsp HeinzTomato Ketchup, plus extra to serve Vegetable oil, for bmshing 1 onion, thickly sliced 4 bacon rashers 80g Cheddar, thinly sliced 12 mini dinner rolls or small, soft baps, halved

Instruções

1 Season the mince generously with salt and pepper, mix in the ketchup and shape into 12 small burgers.

2 Heat the barbecue to a medium-high heat and brush the grates with oil. Add the onion rings and burgers and cook for five minutes per side until the burgers are cooked through and the onions are charred and tender.

3 Add the rashers to the barbecue during the last four minutes and cook, flipping once, until just crisp. Remove from the heat and slice each rasher into thirds.

4 When the burgers are almost done, top each with some Cheddar and cook until the cheese begins to soften.

5 Add the buns, split-side down, onto the barbecue for 30 seconds until lightly toasted.

6 Add a mini burger to each bun and top with the grilled onions, some of the rashers and extra ketchup to serve.
