Tangy, creamy, a little sweet, and way better than store-bought.
Honey Mustard Recipe:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
Salt, pepper, cayenne to taste
Whisk smooth and refrigerate to set up
Crispy Chicken Tenders:
Marinate: buttermilk + SPG (Malcolm Reed) for a few hours or overnight
Dry mix: all-purpose flour + cornstarch + SPG
Dredge: wet → dry → wet → dry, press coating on
Fry in peanut oil at 350–375°F until golden and 165°F+ internal
