Sweet and sticky pork wraps

Ingredientes

500g pork fillet, cut into strips

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp orange marmalade

120mI hoisin sauce, plus extra to serve

1 tbsp vegetable oil

4 large flour tortillas

1 small cucumber, sliced into strips

4 spring onions, thinly sliced

200g watercress or mixed leaves

Sesame seeds (optional)

Instruções

1 Combine the pork strips with the soy sauce, marmalade and half of the hoisin sauce in a non-metallic bowl. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

2 Heat half of the oil in a wok or large pan over a medium-high heat and stir-fry the pork, working in batches to avoid crowding the pan. Remove from the heat and set aside.

3 Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds until soft.

4 Spread the tortillas with the remaining hoisin sauce, then add the pork in a strip down the centres. Top generously with the cucumber, spring onions and watercress. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, then cut in half and serve immediately.
