One-pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredientes

2–3 chicken breasts, thinly sliced or pounded thin

Salt & pepper, to taste

Britscookin Garlic & Herb Seasoning (generous)

All-purpose flour (for dredging + roux)

Olive oil

1 cube Challenge Butter (4 tbsp)

4–5 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup freshly grated or shaved Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for topping)

Instruções

Thinly slice the chicken breasts or pound them until fairly thin. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and a generous amount of Britscookin Garlic & Herb.

Lightly coat the chicken in flour.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken about 4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add your butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook just until fragrant.

Sprinkle in ¼ cup flour and whisk to form a light roux. Let it cook for a minute or two, stirring constantly, so the flour cooks out.

Gradually whisk in the chicken broth until smooth. Season with a little salt and pepper and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.

Add the heavy whipping cream and let it gently simmer. Once it starts to bubble, whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth, then turn off the heat.

Nestle the chicken back into the sauce, top with fresh parsley, and let it sit a few minutes before serving.
