Honey-Dijon and lemon baked pollock

Ingredientes

1 lb chopped pollock fillets

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tsp olive oil

Instruções

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil.

Place the pollock in a baking dish and coat it evenly with the honey mixture.

Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
