Sausage & Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredientes

1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked & cut into bite size pieces

1 can (10-1/2 oz. ) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c. milk

½ c. chopped onion

1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)

1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (opt., but pretty)

½ tsp. salt

4 c. potatoes, sliced thin

1 Tbsp. butter or marg.

1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Instruções

Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper, pimiento, salt & pepper; blend well.

Place half of the potatoes in a greased two-quart casserole. Add half the sausage and cover with soup mixture.

Repeat layers & dot with butter.

Cover & bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 to 1-1/4 hours.

Remove cover & sprinkle w/ cheese.

Bake uncovered for 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
