Coconut Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1 cup toffee bits

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instruções

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in shredded coconut, toffee bits, and chocolate chips.

Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
