Ingredientes

1-1/4 cups flour (can substitute buckwheat for 1/2 cup)

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

Salad oil

1-1/3 cups milk (1 cup for thicker)

1 egg slightly beaten

Butter

Maple syrup

Instruções

Mix first 4 ingredients; add oil, milk and eggs

Stir just until flour in moistened

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle

Apple: add 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1 cup finely chopped apples to batter

Blueberry: Prepare thicker cakes and add 1/2 cup berries

Pineapple: Prepare thicker cakes and and 1/2 cup drained pineapple tidbits
