Honey Garlic Sriracha (Sweet Heat Favorite)
Sweet, sticky, and spicy
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame or olive oil
1½ tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp smoked paprika
salt & pepper to taste
Creamy Chipotle Lime
Smoky, tangy, and creamy
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Juice + zest of 1 lime
1 chipotle in adobo (or 1 tsp chipotle powder for mild)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt & ¼ tsp pepper
Lemon Herb Garlic Butter
Light, herby, and juicy with buttery flavor
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice + zest of 1 lemon
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
½ tsp salt & ¼ tsp pepper
Marinate at least 2 hours, overnight for max flavor.
Cook in the air fryer, grill, or skillet for those viral-worthy char marks.
