Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream (Raspberry Swirl)

3 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups whipping cream
Instruções
Beat eggs til foamy Gradually add sugar; beat until thickened Blend in milk, vanilla and salt Chill
Whip cream to soft stage; fold into chilled mixture Churn freeze (will need higher porportion salt)
For raspberry swirl, after frozen, layer ice cream and raspberry preserves (1 cup) Swirl each layer with spatula Place in freezer to ripen
