• all-purpose flour: 3 tbsp
• consommé powder: 1 tbsp
• salted butter: 20g (about 0.7 oz)
• salt: a pinch
• black pepper: a pinch

Instructions
1. Cook the hambägu steaks following steps 1-4 of the recipe "Juicy Pork Hambagu Steaks / w Sweet and Savory Sauce."
2. Boil water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
3. Slice the onion thinly. Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
4. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
5. Add the mushrooms and all * seasoning base ingredients. Stir well.
6. Add the milk in three parts, stirring well each time.
7. Simmer on low heat for about 10 min.
8. Add shredded cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
9. In an oven-safe dish, layer the pasta, hamburg steaks, and white sauce in this order. 10. Sprinkle extra cheese on top. Bake until the cheese is _melted and lightly golden.
11. Garnish with some parsley, and enjoy
