½ onion

3 shitake mushrooms

1 carrot

2 green onions

cabbage

Yakisoba sauce and noodles

Instruções

Sauté onions and hard veggies in oil. After a few minutes, add the rest of the veggies.

Add pepper to taste. Then add 3 Tablespoons of Yakisoba sauce.

Pour hot water over the noodles to separate.

Lower heat to medium and add the noodles. Stir constantly to keep from burning.

Add more sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
