1 pound lean ground beef
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 ½ cups water
½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 (3-ounce) packages beef flavored ramen noodles, with seasoning packets divided
6 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instruções
Heat a large wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring and crumbling into small pieces until browned, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease from the skillet.
Add garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to the skillet. Cook, stirring until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add water, soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed red pepper, and 3 of the beef ramen seasoning packets to the skillet and stir until well mixed (discard or save the remaining seasoning packet). Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to medium. Add the noodles from the 4 ramen packets. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are soft and have absorbed most of the sauce, about 5-6 minutes.
Serve in bowls and top with the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
