Healthier Mango-A-Go-Go

Passion Mango Juice Blend:

  • 1 cup fresh mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup Minute Maid Zero Sugar Mango Passion Juice

  • 1/2 cup Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Pineapple Sherbet:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 cup Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water

Mango Sherbet:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 cup Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water

Instruções

Passion-Mango Juice Blend:

  1. Blend the mango chunks, mango passion juice, coconut water, and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Store in the refrigerator if not using immediately.

Pineapple Sherbet:

  1. Freeze the pineapple chunks if using fresh pineapple.

  2. Blend the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey, and coconut water until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for a few hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sherbet consistency.

  4. Store in the freezer until ready to use.

Mango Sherbet:

  2. Blend the frozen mango chunks, coconut milk, honey, and coconut water until smooth.

Ingredients:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
