Old Fashioned Donut

Ingredientes

Old fashioned donut lovers—this is the one.

Easy sour cream old fashioned donuts (from scratch!):

Dry:

2 1/4 cups cake flour @King Arthur Baking

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Wet:

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbsp butter @KerrygoldUSA

2 egg yolks @Vital Farms

1/2 cup sour cream @Horizon Organic

Instruções

Mix wet, add dry in 3 parts, chill 1 hr.

Roll & cut 1/2” thick.

Fry at 325°F (2 min/side).

Glaze: 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup hot water, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp corn syrup. Dip + let set.
