Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil

Ingredientes

I could eat this everyday and I’m going to make it tonight. With just a couple ingredients and minutes from prep to table your dinner is ready, simple and delicious.

You’ll only need-

1 lb-spaghetti

1/3-cup Extra virgin olive oil

8-garlic cloves sliced

1/2-tsp crushed red pepper

a little chopped parsley

1-tsp salt

pasta water

1-add the olive oil, garlic, red pepper to a skillet large enough to hold the finished dish. Put the heat to low sauté for 5 minutes until the garlic releases their aroma and turns golden but do not burn the garlic.

2-remove the skillet from the heat add 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet this will stop the garlic from cooking

3-cook the spaghetti 2 minutes short of done

4-remove 1 cup of pasta water but only add 1/2 cup to the skillet put the heat to medium strain the pasta add it to the skillet toss this all together for 2 minutes. Add a little more pasta water if needed

5-toss in the parsley
