Tortilla Chips and Fire-roasted Salsa

Ingredientes

15-20 corn tortillas

1 cup neutral, high-heat cooking oil like avocado oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, or vegetable oil

Sea salt to taste

Instruções

Heat 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a pot to 350. Cut the tortillas in 6 triangles. Fry tortilla wedges in small batches for only 60 seconds.

Turn them once when they start to brown on the edges, then remove promptly.

Place on a paper towel-lined plate, season, serve warm with Chef K’s homemade salsa and Devour!
