Easy Chicken Salad

Ingredientes

2-3 chicken breast

1/2 cup minced celery

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup sour cream or cream yogurt

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons sweet relish

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

Instruções

Preheat your oven to 375. Bake your chicken for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.

Using a stand mixer with paddle attachment, blend chicken breasts until thoroughly shredded, or shred by hand. Add all your ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes until well combined.

Serve as is, on a bed of lettuce, with crackers or bread and Devour!
