6 oz, Sharp Cheddar Cheese (3oz for the filling and 1/2oz per potato top)

150g Coleslaw Mix

3 tbsp, Brown Mustard

1 teaspoon, Sugar

season to taste with garlic salt, smoked paprika, pepper, and onion powder.
