Spinach Spread

Ingredientes

2 packages frozen leaf spinach

3 eggs

1 pound monterey jack cheese

Instruções

Cook spinach; drain well

Beat eggs and combine with spinach

Cube cheese; add and mix

Put in casserole dish

Heat in microwave until smooth and melted (3 min)
