If you do not prep your meals in advance, I highly recommend you giving these beef marinades a try! It will take so much stress out of your week! No more trying to figure out what you’re going to cook for dinner.

Also, if you’re fasting for Ramadan, this will make iftar so much easier! 🙌🏼

Philly Cheesesteak:

1 ½ pounds of rib eye (for a more affordable option, sirloin)

3 tbsp. olive oil

2 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 yellow onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 ½ tsp. salt or to taste (we like our food on the saltier side)

Black pepper to taste

When ready to cook: Provolone cheese to melt into the sandwiches.

Rosemary Garlic Butter:

2 pounds ribeye (or flank or skirt steak), cubed or cut into strips (cut against the grain)

3 tbsp. olive oil

2 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. onion powder

2 tsp. salt (or to taste)

Black pepper to taste

6 cloves of garlic, minced

2 sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped

5 tbsp. of butter (cut into squares and freeze in the ziploc bag. Add it to the steak when it’s almost done cooking)

Carne Asada:

2 pounds ribeye (or flank or skirt steak), cut into strips against the grain

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tbsp. onion powder

1 tbsp. garlic powder

1 tbsp. paprika

1 ½ tbsp. cumin

1 ½ tsp. salt (or to taste)

Black pepper to taste

Korean Stir-fry Beef:

2 pounds ribeye (or flank or skirt steak) cut into strips against the grain

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 ½ tbsp. sesame oil

1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp. Gochujang

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp. grated ginger

Beef Shawarma:

2 pounds ribeye (or flank or skirt steak), cut into strips, against the grain

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tbsp. white vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp. paprika

2 tsp. cumin

2 tsp. coriander

1 tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. red pepper flakes or chili powder

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. salt

Black pepper to taste

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 yellow onion, sliced
