The Best Protein Banana Muffins

Ingredientes

3 ripe bananas

2 eggs

3/4 cup greek yogurt

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups oat flour

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

dash of Ceylon cinnamon

pinch of salt

chocolate chips

Instruções

1.Preheat oven to 350F.

2.Mash bananas in a bowl and add all wet ingredients and mix

3.Add oats to a blender and blend to make oat flour.

4.Pour into the banana mix along with all the other dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

5.Add chocolate chips and fold into batter.

6.Scoop batter into a prepared muffin tin and top with more chocolate chips.

7.Bake for 15 mins and enjoy!
