10 Minute Nandos Chicken Pita

1x Pita Bread
100g Diced Chicken Breast
1⁄2 Diced Bell Pepper
1⁄2 Diced Red Onion
50-100ml Water
1tsp. EACH of: Smoked Paprika, Garlic Granules 2tbsp. Nando’s Peri Peri Sauce Handful of Lettuce
30g Low Fat Cheese
Homemade Nandos Perinaise:
30g Lighter than light mayo
1tbsp. Nando’s Peri Peri Sauce
1⁄2 tsp. Nando’s Peri Peri Salt
Instruções
Spray a frying pan with Frylite and add the diced chicken, peppers and onions.
Fry these off in the pan at a high heat until the chicken is semi-cooked. Then, add the garlic
and smoked paprika with ~ 50ml water (this just stops everything from sticking to the bottom of the pan when you add the seasoning). Stir until everything is fully coated and add some Nando’s Peri Peri sauce. Keep frying until the chicken is fully cooked through.
Whilst the chicken is cooking, make your own Nando’s Perinaise by mixing 30g lighter than light mayo with 1tbsp. Nandos Sauce and 1⁄2 tsp Nando’s Salt together in a bowl.
Toast your pita bread, add the homemade Perinaise, a handful of lettuce, the grilled chicken mixture and low fat cheese.
