Mom's Frijoles Borrachos

Pinto Beans - 3 cans with liquid
Tomato 2-3 diced
Onion - 1 diced
Jalapeno - 1 diced
Bacon - 3-5 strips chopped
Chorizo - pork, half a tube or so
Ham - 3-5 slices chopped
Instruções
Heat a large pot like a dutch oven. Throw in the bacon and chorizo until cooked well, 8-10 minutes. About halfway through, add the ham.
Next, add the chopped tomato, onion, and jalapeno. Cook until the onion softens.
Once the meat and vegetable mixture has cooked, add the three cans of pinto beans along with their liquid. I usually add 2 cans filled with water, or a half/full can of beer (hence the name!).
Season with knorr suiza, and a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes and serve.
