Brown Sugar Pumpkin Crumb Cake

Streusel
1 C Light brown sugar
1 C flour
2 tsp pumpkin spice
Pinch of salt
1/2 cubed cold butter
Cake
1 C Brown sugar
2 eggs
2 C pumpkin puree
1/4 melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1tbsp pumpkin spice
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 C Flour
Instruções
Streusel:
In medium bowl combine brown sugar, flour, pumpkin spice, and salt Cut in the cold butter. Should be crumbly. Refrigerate while you make the cake.
Cake:
Whisk together brown sugar and eggs until smooth. Add pumpkin puree,melted butter, sour cream, pumpkin spice, vanilla and salt, baking powder, and baking; whisk to combine. Gently fold in the flour. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes. Use a 9 in pan for a thicker cake.
Glaze: (optional)
3/4 C. Powdered Sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice
4 tsp of milk
Wisk together in small bowl and add to cake after cooked.
