Honey Mustard Broccoli Salad

1.5 head of broccoli

1 large onion

1 can chickpeas -rinse and drained

Oil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Rosemary

Turkey bacon

Sauce:

1/3 cup plain yogurt

1/3 cup honey mustard

Hot honey

Red wine vinegar

Lemon

Minced garlic

Salt to taste

5 ounces of Feta

Quinoa (1 cup dry/ 2 cup broth and cook)

Instruções

Add broccoli, onion and chickpeas to pan and season.

Cook 425° until cooked but not mushy

Cook turkey bacon to preference

Make sauce

Make quinoa

Crumble feta and mix all together
