French Onion Orzo & Steak Is One of Our Favorite Date Night

Ingredientes

4 large yellow onion, sliced

2 tbsp avocado oil

8 tbsp butter (split between 2 tbsp onions, 3 tbsp orzo & 3 tbsp steak)

2 ½ tsp salt

7 cloves garlic (4 for orzo, 3 for steak)

1 cup orzo

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

2 steaks

1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
