Hamburger Buns

2 cups warm water
2¼ tsp yeast
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ tsp salt
5 cups flour
Instruções
Mix water, yeast, and honey and let bloom for 5 minutes.
Add oil, salt, and flour and mix.
Knead for 5 minutes, cover and let rise 1 hour.
Shape into 12 buns.
Cover and let rise 30-45 minutes.
Optional- brush an egg wash over buns (very gently) and shake sesame seeds.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
