Brownie Recipe from Baking for Pleasure
Makes 9-12 brownies depe

120g unsalted butter
200g dark chocolate
2 eggs
Pinch of Maldon salt
100g caster sugar
100g soft dark brown sugar
40g plain flour
40g dark chocolate chips, or roasted nuts
15 pitted cherries or tinned cherries (optional)
Instruções
Oven 165 fan/ 185 oven
Melt the butter, add the chocolate
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt
Add the melted chocolate
Add the flour
Stir through the chocolate chips/ nuts
Pour into a lined tray, scatter over cherries or spoon on if you’re using jar/tinned cherries
Bake for 20-25 mins or until the edges look dry and the middle is still slightly fudgy
Allow to cool before putting in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Must be cold to cut and slice
