1/2 cup(s) small curd cottage cheese, strained

4 ounce(s) cream cheese

2 tablespoon(s) honey

1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon zest

1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

1 pinch(es) salt

1 box(es) brownie mix, plus package ingredients (18 oz)

Instruções

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, honey, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.

Meanwhile, prepare the brownies according to the package directions.

Line a 24-cup mini muffin pan and grease.

Spoon brownie batter into each cup, filling about 3/4 full. Then dollop the blintz mixture on top.

Place in oven. Bake for approximately 25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
