Swapped celery for carrot because
I think it actually tastes better.
Itâs creamy from the cottage cheese, fresh from the apple and cucumber, and itâll keep you out of the pantry all arvo!
Ingredients youâll need:
120g Tuna (drained)
100g Carrot (diced)
60g Cucumber (diced)
130g Apple (diced)
The Sauce:
120g Cottage Cheese
40g Greek Yoghurt
5g Dijon Mustard
2g Garlic (minced or powder)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Dill (optional)
