1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
3/4-1 cup warm beef broth
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Sat and pepper to taste
OPTIONAL (Pick 1 or 2)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Splash of milk or cream
Instruções
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes until lightly golden
3. Slowly whisk in the beef broth, a little at a time. (This keeps the gravy smooth.)
Add Worcestershire sauce and any additional seasonings.
Simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Add a splash of milk or cream if you want it richer.
