DREAMY “GATORADE”

5 oz coconut water

a pinch to ⅛ tsp sea salt

½ lime juice

½ tbsp Trace Minerals Mg Glycinate Liquid

2 oz butterfly pea tea concentrate

1️⃣ Steep 1 butterfly pea sleep tea bag in 2 oz water for 10 minutes

2️⃣ While the tea chills, add all other ingredients to a glass and whisk with a frother

What kind of magnesium is good for sleep? Glycinate and bisglycinate are well-studied and gentle on the stomach. L-threonate is known for crossing the blood-brain barrier and mental relaxation. Watch out for forms like citrate that can have a laxative effect.

Can I use magnesium powder instead of liquid? Absolutely. I prefer this liquid because the flavor is softer, less chemical than many powders.
