Homemade Granola

2 cups oats

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 sweetener (agave, honey)

Splash of vanilla (1 tsp)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup each of topping (nuts, seeds, coconut)

Wskazówki

Add the oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix. Add liquified coconut oil. If coconut oil is solidified, place in microwave for five seconds at a time until melted. Add vanilla extract and sweetener. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Spread granola across a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Compress the granola with a spatula to create clusters. Cook at 300 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, depending on desired crunchiness, rotating pan halfway for even browning. Remove pan from oven and let cool in pan. Once completely cool, remove from pan, break into bite-sized clusters and store in airtight container.
