Italian sausage 1.5lb

1 cup heavy cream
Box of chicken broth

Cook bacon and set aside
Make small meatballs with the Italian sausage by picking them and placing them on a parchment lined baking sheet
Par-bake them in 350F for 10 min to help keep the shape
Sauté onions and garlic for a few minutes
Add meatballs and get some color on them
Add in potatoes
Add chicken broth and season with salt and pepper
Simmer until potatoes are cooked
Add heavy cream and kale at the end
Serve with topped bacon
