5 Minute Blueberry Crisp

1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
1 pinch Salt
1/3 cup Oats
1/2 tbs Olive Oil
1-2 tbs Water
Wskazówki
Add blueberries, corn starch, and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
In a second bowl mix together oats, protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt, olive oil, and water until you have a crumble mixture. Microwave for 1 minute.
Top with greek yogurt and more cinnamon.
