Creamy Lobster Alfredo with Spinach

8 oz fettuccine
8–12 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
Optional: squeeze of lemon
Alfredo Sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan
2 cups fresh spinach
¼ tsp paprika (optional)
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper
Finishing
Extra Parmesan
Fresh parsley or basil

Cook the pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Warm the lobster
Melt butter in a skillet and warm lobster 1–2 minutes.
Lightly season. Add a squeeze of lemon if you like.
Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce
Melt butter in the same skillet.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Add spinach
Stir in spinach until wilted.
Finish the dish
Add cooked pasta and lobster to the sauce.
Toss gently, loosening with pasta water if needed.
Serve
Top with Parmesan and fresh herbs. Enjoy warm.
