1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup additional graham crumbs (for rolling)

Mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Add graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
Chill mixture in fridge for about an hour, or in freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls and roll in extra graham crumbs.
Put rolled balls back in fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
