Loaded Cheddar Ranch Beef

12 oz rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

1½ cups sweet corn (frozen or canned & drained)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 cup milk or heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish

Wskazówki

Cook rotini according to package; drain and set aside.

In a skillet, sauté onion in butter until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 min.

Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.

Stir in ranch seasoning, corn, 1½ cups cheese, milk, salt & pepper. Mix until creamy and combined.

Toss beef mixture with cooked rotini.

Transfer to a greased 9x13” baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 mins until bubbly and golden.

Garnish with green onions or parsley before serving.
