Double Decker Fudge

2 cups peanut butter chips

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 1/2 cups sugar

17-ounce jar marshmallow creme

1 12-ounce can evaporated milk

Line 9x13 pan with foil

Melt 1/4 cup butter

Add cocoa and vanilla and blend til smooth

Add 1 cup PB chips

Combine sugar, marshmallow, evaporated milk and 1/4 cup butter in pan

Cook over medium heat til rolling boil

Boil and stir for 5 minutes

Remove from heat

Immediately add 1/2 mixture to 1 cup PB chips

Pour remaining into cocoa mixture; stir to blend

Beat PB mixture til chips are melted

Immediately spread evenly in prepared pan

Beat cocoa mixture until chips are melted and mixture begins to thicken

Spread evenly over PB layer

Cool
