3 chihuacles negro or rojo chiles, seeded
5 ancho chiles, seeded
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin - video shows Tbsp
3 allspice
2 cloves
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 cup almonds
1 cup peanuts
5 vanilla crackers
1 tortilla
Veggie broth
1 chocolate
1 Tbsp refined coconut oil

1. Chiles in air fryer, 3minutes, 266 F
2. Nuts, onion, 2 garlic gloves in air fryer, 5 minutes, 320 F
3. Blender: Chiles, nuts, cinnamon, cumin, allspice, cloves, tortilla, crackers, salt, 2 cups broth, 5 minutes
4. Heat 1Tbsp coconut oil, add blended mixture, and broth, cook for 1 hour
5. Add chocolate, cook 20 minutes
Serve over protein-add sesame seeds
