🔥 PUFF PUFF IN JUST 25 MINUTES – USING YEAST! 🔥

Fluffy, golden, and ready in no time!

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour (375g)

• 2 cups warm water or milk (500ml or less – adjust carefully)

• 1 tbsp instant yeast

• 1 tsp vanilla OR 1/4 tsp nutmeg

• 1/2 tsp salt

• Oil for frying

Quick Instructions

✅ Use warm water or milk – never cold!

✅ Only use instant yeast (quick-rise yeast ? even better)

✅ Don’t add too much water – batter should be soft but not runny

✅ Cover tightly and rest for just 15 minutes

✅ If it’s cold season , let it rest longer or place in a warm spot

✅ Fry and enjoy – no more long waiting!
