Sicilian Oven's Copycat house dressing

2 into a paste cup balsamic vinegar

14 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoon Dijon

1 mustard

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Using a mason jar, combine garlic, vinegar, honey and mustard. Secure the lid and shake until combined. Add the oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, secure the lid and shake vigorously until combined. Store refrigerated up to 1 month.
