Mushroom Canapes*

1 pound mushrooms chopped finely
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons chives
1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup half and half
1 teaspoon lemon juice
White bread
Wskazówki
Saute mushrooms in butter
Stir in chives, MSG, flour and salt
Stir until thickened
Add half and half and juice
Cook until thick
Remove crust from bread
Roll flat and spread on mushroom mixture
Roll up and brush with melted butter
Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes
May be frozen
